Service Overview
Full bathroom refurbishments — strip back to substrate, re-pipe and re-wire to current Regs, tank the wet area, tile floor and walls, install bath / suite / vanity / walk-in shower / wet room, fit second-fix tapware and decorate. Cloakroom WCs, en-suites and family bathrooms all on one contract.
Homeowners replacing a failed bathroom, anyone moving in to a property where the bathroom is the first thing to come out, landlords on void-period upgrades, clients adding an en-suite as part of a loft or extension build.
When tiles are dropping, grout has failed, the bath enamel is gone, the shower tray is moving, or the room layout is wasting space. Also when a buyer's survey has flagged dated suites or non-compliant electrics ahead of sale.
Bathrooms are the room that gets wet, hot and cold every day. Substrate, tanking and electrical Zone-rating decide whether the finish lasts 15 years or 18 months — and most failures are invisible until water finds the ceiling below.

Walk-in enclosures with low-profile stone-resin or tiled trays, frameless glass screens, thermostatic mixer showers with rain-head and handset. Tanking behind tile is non-negotiable.
Slope-formed floor with bonded drain and full tanking membrane, tile-over-tray or fully tiled. We don't recommend wet rooms on suspended timber without serious substrate build-up — we'll tell you straight before quoting.
Like-for-like swap-outs where layout works — bath, WC, basin and vanity replaced, tile and walls made good, no full strip-out where it isn't needed.
