How much does a new roof cost in Manchester?

Yes. Workmanship guarantee of 10–25 years depending on the system, plus the manufacturer's material warranty which we register on your behalf. Both are documented and handed over on completion.

Can you repair a leak rather than replace the whole roof?

Almost always, yes — if the roof has life left in it. We inspect inside and out, identify the actual failure point, and quote the honest repair. Re-roofs are only recommended when the membrane, battens or tile stock are at end of life across the slope.

How long should a new roof last?

A properly installed concrete tile or natural slate roof on a breathable membrane lasts 50+ years with periodic ridge and flashing maintenance. EPDM flat roofs are warranted 25 years and routinely run longer. GRP fibreglass 20–25 years. Felt depends on grade — high-performance torch-on 15–20 years.
