Roofing covers everything from a single slipped slate to a complete strip-and-recover with new battens, breathable membrane, insulation upgrade and reset ridge. We work on pitched roofs in slate, concrete tile and clay; flat roofs in EPDM rubber, GRP fibreglass and felt; plus chimney rebuilds, lead flashing, gutters, fascias, soffits and Velux installations.

Chimney rebuilds from gutter line or stack height, repointing in lime or cement to match, new flaunching, pots and cowls. Lead flashing replaced in code 4 or code 5 — dressed and clipped, not relying on mastic to hold the line.
UPVC and aluminium guttering on the right falls, fascias and soffits replaced with proper ventilation behind them, Velux and Fakro roof window installs cut in cleanly with new flashings and internal trim made good.
Domestic pitched re-roofs typically run 3–7 days; commercial flat roofs are scoped around occupier hours, edge protection and access. Both get the same fixing standards, daily clear-down and post-completion handover pack.
